with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document end-to-end business process flows, data mappings, and system interaction diagrams to illustrate the integration of MySQL, PL\/SQL, Java services, JavaScript applications, and AWS components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical tasks, clarify functional scenarios, and ensure implementations meet business, performance, and quality expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform detailed data analysis using SQL and PL\/SQL on MySQL to validate data quality, identify trends, support business decisions, and proactively address data-related risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the design and review of Spring Boot microservices by defining API contracts, payload structures, and error-handling mechanisms to enhance system interoperability and maintainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with quality engineering teams to develop test strategies, prepare test scenarios, and validate functional requirements, system integrations, and data transformations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate workshops and solution review sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to present solution options, explain technical trade-offs, and achieve alignment on implementation approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with solution architects to leverage AWS services, including compute, messaging, and managed database solutions, to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective business applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare comprehensive user documentation, release notes, and training materials to support user adoption and minimize dependency on technical support teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor production issues and incident trends, perform root cause analysis across microservices, SQL logic, and JavaScript applications, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate actively in Agile ceremonies by planning sprints, tracking project progress, and maintaining effective communication with both on-site and remote stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, recommending data-driven
