Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain the support process and ensure all support requests are handled in accordance with established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize service assurance tools and software to investigate and diagnose issues, collect performance metrics, and generate reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by following established support procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform scheduled system maintenance tasks to ensure service reliability and availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize knowledge base articles for incident diagnosis and resolution, and contribute to updating documentation as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor service delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain accurate records of service performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze service performance data against agreed service levels and recommend or initiate actions to improve service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize, classify, and diagnose incidents in accordance with defined incident management procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate the root causes of incidents and implement appropriate resolution measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support teams and track them through to resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide service restoration and recovery activities following incident resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document, update, and formally close resolved incidents in accordance with established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date Configuration Items (CIs) within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply configuration management tools, techniques, and processes to track, maintain, and safeguard configuration assets from unauthorized changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform remote investigations to identify root causes of incidents and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain expertise in assigned technical domains and provide specialized guidance on their effective application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely and comprehensive incident resolution by coordinating repair activities and collaborating with internal support teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular updates and continuous communication to clients and stakeholders through designated systems, portals, and ticketing tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify potential issues and errors before or during service disruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log incidents accurately and promptly, ensuring all required information is captured in accordance with support standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and service providers to expedite issue diagnosis and achieve timely resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold a Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess associate-level certifications in networking technologies, such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of technical documentation and documentation standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess knowledge of management agent concepts, redundancy concepts, and remote console architecture within the supported technical domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have knowledge of networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed, and similar platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit a customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a self-motivated and well-organized approach to work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply strong analytical and logical thinking skills to resolve technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication troubleshooting technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate entry-level experience in delivering remote support for networking technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess entry-level experience working
