transportation arrangements by booking, managing, and tracking loads within the Transportation Management System (TMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the shipment lifecycle, load boards, and team mailboxes to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and operational continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers, receivers, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform accurate data entry, load creation, and shipment updates within logistics and transportation management systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage operational exceptions by proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving standard and knowledge-based issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to provide timely shipment updates and resolve inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate customer interactions by providing shipment status updates and proactively addressing potential delivery risks or service issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support business performance and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform reconciliation of shipment, operational, and transactional data across multiple reports and systems to ensure data accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customers, and carriers, to ensure seamless transportation execution and service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the delivery of training sessions for customers and internal teams on transportation systems, processes, and operational procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide operational support and guidance to team members while contributing to overall team performance and productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational standards, and key performance metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations support roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong data entry and data management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and report generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, load planning, and transportation coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a solid understanding of logistics operations, including shipment planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience supporting US and UK customers and the flexibility to work across EU\/UK time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer service skills to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess the ability to proactively identify operational issues and drive timely resolution or appropriate escalation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in exception management, operational troubleshooting, and resolving logistics-related challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical and reporting skills to support operational monitoring and business decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to deliver basic system and process training to internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess experience in developing, maintaining, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and formats, including X12, XML, and Flat Files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be familiar with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and operational reporting dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to SAP is considered an added
