Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Across India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and deliver change management interventions, including communications, training, user support, and organizational alignment activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute change management plans by conducting audience analysis, monitoring change readiness, tracking adoption, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, assess, and mitigate change and implementation risks while supporting the early realization of business benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the implementation of change initiatives by planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on deployment activities to maximize benefits and minimize operational risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Change Delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate Management Information (MI) change requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own and deliver assigned change requests, business analysis activities, and project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Project Managers and Product Owners in initiating, planning, and shaping projects in alignment with the organization&#8217;s Change Framework methodology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, project requirements, project plans, governance frameworks, and operating models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and manage key testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that test strategies, test plans, and test scripts are effectively developed and executed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to the Project Manager or Product Owner as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and ongoing evolution of the Management Information (MI) Change team and its processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects that achieve measurable business outcomes and quantifiable benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse business stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and systems impact analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of management information, management accounting, and financial accounting processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have hands-on experience with core finance tools such as TM1, Saracen, or similar financial systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate a strong aptitude for understanding complex business systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and leveraging digital technologies to deliver effective solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess proficiency in, or a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and train others on emerging technologies such as Cloud platforms, Python, BigQuery, SQL, Qlik, and other data visualization tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold a professional accounting qualification from a recognized accounting body.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a recognized Project Management certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a professional Business Analysis certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a recognized Process Improvement certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a good understanding of Information Technology (IT) processes and operational frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation in the financial services industry.
