Gurgaon, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Design and Develop Agentic AI Solutions:<\/strong> Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI platform components, including AI agents, tools, workflows, and integrations with internal enterprise systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implement AI Observability:<\/strong> Implement end-to-end observability across the AI lifecycle by establishing tracing, logging, monitoring, metrics, and evaluation pipelines to measure agent quality, performance, cost, and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Translate Business Requirements:<\/strong> Collaborate with product teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and platform teams to translate business requirements into scalable agentic AI solutions by defining data, model, and orchestration needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop Data Pipelines:<\/strong> Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and datasets to support the training, evaluation, grounding, and safety of large language model (LLM)-based AI agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lead AI Experimentation:<\/strong> Lead experimentation and benchmarking initiatives by testing prompts, AI models, and agent workflows, analyzing performance results, and implementing continuous improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implement AI Safety and Governance:<\/strong> Design and implement AI guardrails, safety mechanisms, and policy controls for prompts, tool usage, access management, and output filtering to ensure secure, compliant, and responsible AI operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create Documentation and Mentor Teams:<\/strong> Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and engineering best practices while mentoring team members on agentic AI architectures, observability-driven engineering, and data and machine learning best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u20136 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, or related technical roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI\/CD) pipelines, code review processes, and modern software engineering best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong programming proficiency in Python (preferred) or other equivalent programming languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) fundamentals, including prompting, embeddings, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and basic agentic AI concepts such as tool usage, planning, and orchestration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in deploying and managing production systems or data pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing containers, serverless architectures, and managed cloud services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar technologies for analyzing logs, metrics, and distributed traces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience working with both structured and unstructured data, supported by proficiency in SQL and data processing frameworks such as Pandas, Spark, dbt, or equivalent technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to evaluate and balance reliability, performance, scalability, and cost considerations when designing and implementing technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively to cross-functional teams, including platform, product, data, security, and compliance stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, or similar technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with LLM observability tools, evaluation frameworks, or developing and maintaining production-grade LLM and AI agent systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&amp;P Global Sustainable1 is the central source for sustainably intelligence from S&amp;P Global.
