The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Colgate-Palmolive<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst, Business Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>BE\/ B.Tech\/ MS or M.Sc\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop Insights and Competitive Intelligence solutions to support business decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain connected data solutions, including automated insights and reporting frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including Marketing, Customer, Product Master, Finance, Digital, and Point-of-Sale systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business requirements into actionable insights and analytics solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and support standard business evaluation trackers and dashboards in accordance with agreed SLAs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and perform first-level data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data quality and accuracy through comprehensive validation of datasets, trackers, and dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with divisions and subsidiaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with corporate, divisional, hub, and country-level business teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with internal Analytics and IT teams to enhance and standardize reporting and tracking processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with external data vendors to ensure timely data availability and maintain data integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and implement analytical approaches, including data transformation, visualization, and insight generation, to address evolving business challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Statistics; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in Data Insights, Business Analytics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with third-party and syndicated market data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, and Point-of-Sale (POS) data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles, with the ability to understand business requirements and formulate hypotheses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in data transformation and analytics tools such as Python, R, and Snowflake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau, Domo, Looker Studio, and Sigma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to read, analyze, interpret, and visualize data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills for business stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in developing or supporting automated insights solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working on Competitive Intelligence solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of business processes and analytics tools within large enterprise environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong facilitation, coordination, and project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BE, B.Tech, MS, or MSc qualification is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company that is reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet.
