The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>GE HealthCare<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Engineer Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling activities to maintain a minimum two-week inventory level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle and Digital Cockpit systems, ensuring effective utilization and process compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records within enterprise systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage material rescheduling activities, including pull-ins (expedites) and push-outs, to support inventory optimization and production requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve daily material shortages by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with suppliers to manage packaging requirements, min\/max inventory planning, material replenishment strategies, and root-cause problem resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct daily floor and receiving dock walkthroughs to identify, investigate, and resolve material receiving issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support material transfer activities and participate in supplier performance reviews in partnership with the Sourcing team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out (NPI) processes to minimize obsolete inventory and ensure smooth product transitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of MRP, Oracle, or SAP systems will be considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GE HealthCare is a leading worldwide innovator in medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions.
