The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst &#8211; Financials (Healthcare)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes, including Accounts Receivable, expenditures, and healthcare transaction flows such as 835, 834, and capitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct detailed research and business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into comprehensive functional and design documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business requirements into actionable objectives and specifications for technical teams and project delivery stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support business process re-engineering initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update requirement artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for data analysis, requirements tracking, and documentation management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in testing activities by validating requirements, supporting test execution, and participating in defect identification and resolution processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in stakeholder meetings and effectively communicate project updates, requirements, and progress to both business and technical audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all deliverables adhere to organizational quality standards, documentation guidelines, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess 4\u20138 years of professional experience working in a Business Analyst role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the Medicaid financial domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial processes, including Accounts Receivable, Expenditure Management, and healthcare transactions such as 835, 834, and capitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools or similar requirements tracking and management platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform data-driven analysis and derive actionable insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in business process analysis, optimization, and re-engineering initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed enterprise environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working with Medicaid programs and state healthcare systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess familiarity with healthcare financial systems and revenue cycle management processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in data reporting, data validation, and data quality assurance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or similar project delivery methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
