The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sutherland<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>AI Software Engineer<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers using Python and\/or TypeScript to enable scalable and standardized interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build, deploy, and enhance agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex multi-step workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement intelligent agent workflows incorporating tool and function calling, short-term and long-term memory, context management, guardrails, and controlled execution mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop AI-driven systems that orchestrate workflows with LLMs serving as the reasoning and decision-making layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding generation, vector storage, vector search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement Knowledge Graph\u2013based solutions, including Graph RAG architectures, to enable advanced reasoning across structured and unstructured enterprise data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions on cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS Bedrock and other AWS services to support scalable AI applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices throughout design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with engineering standards and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong development experience in Python and\/or TypeScript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience building MCP servers or similar LLM integration and orchestration layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or related technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience using AI-powered development platforms and IDEs, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Kiro, or comparable tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and LLM-based solutions on the AWS cloud platform, with strong knowledge of AWS Bedrock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, tool integration, memory management, and agent orchestration concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) optimization techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system architectures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Git-based version control workflows and CI\/CD pipeline implementation and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with spec-driven development and requirements-driven engineering methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with observability, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring techniques for LLM and AI agent performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to AI security, governance frameworks, and responsible AI best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sutherland is an experience-led digital transformation company.
