The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Flex<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Engineer &#8211; Quality<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.E\/ B.Tech<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 1 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct supplier validation audits and support supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the supplier qualification and approval process by evaluating manufacturing capabilities, technological competencies, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support new product introduction and launch activities to ensure supplier quality requirements are achieved and maintained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct on-site supplier assessments to investigate quality concerns, verify corrective actions, and ensure sustainable process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review supplier manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers to identify opportunities for process optimization, quality enhancement, and cost reduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by promoting industry best practices and methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate the escalation and resolution of critical supplier quality issues across assigned projects and supplier relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the Quality Manager in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting supplier quality performance metrics and product quality trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate supplier material and non-material cost recovery activities associated with supplier quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal and external audit preparation activities and ensure audit readiness through compliance with quality management requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in and deliver special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess 0-1 year of experience with a strong understanding of Quality Management principles and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering (B.E.\/B.Tech) in Electronics &amp; Telecommunication (E&amp;TC), Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess knowledge of quality management systems and business process frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate familiarity with IATF\/TS 16949 quality management standards and requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have working knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, including ISO 45001\/OHSAS 18001.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess an understanding of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of measurement techniques, inspection methods, and quality control tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be willing and able to work in night shift schedules as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flex is the global manufacturing partner of choice that helps leading brands design, build, and manage products that improve the world.
