Validation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute functional testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), following implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined business rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, document, and track defects, while coordinating resolution efforts with technology teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Impact Analysis:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assess the impact of system, process, or rule changes on Client List outputs and regulatory reporting deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform variance analysis to identify and explain differences in outputs and reporting results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure final deliverables meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Documentation &amp; Governance:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and audit-ready documentation, including business requirements, test cases, and user guides.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document ADO tickets, business rule definitions, data logic, and process workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through implementation and testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as a liaison between Business, Technology, and Data teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones to stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support stakeholder discussions and requirement alignment activities with GPO, reporting, and other cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong experience in Performance Management, MI, Business Analysis, or PMO roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven expertise in dashboards, metrics, and performance\/benefit tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of KYC, CDD, and Financial Crime change programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced Excel skills with experience in DataIKU, Tableau, or similar BI tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on governance, controls, accuracy, and traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in regulatory reporting, client data management, KYC, or banking domains is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to perform business impact assessments and variance analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills and Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in Data Visualization, SQL, Tableau, DataIKU, and Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or performance management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are a leading international banking group, with a presence in 53 of the world\u2019s most dynamic markets and serving clients in a further 64.
