The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>KPMG<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Consulting Implementation<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Any Graduate\/ Postgraduate<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0-2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor, analyze, and escalate SIEM alerts based on predefined correlation rules and security events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform email protection monitoring, malware analysis, and phishing email investigations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support proactive content tuning and enablement of new security use cases within the SOC environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct threat hunting activities using network flow analysis, user behavior analytics, and threat intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise and manage security incidents through appropriate incident management platforms and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with SIEM tools such as Azure Sentinel, RSA, Splunk, and LogRhythm for security monitoring and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize Python scripting, Windows Active Directory knowledge, and server\/operating system expertise in security operations activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform incident triage, assignment, and handling in accordance with SOC procedures and playbooks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and interpret HTTP, SMTP, and network logs under guidance to support incident investigations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand and adhere to existing SOC processes, standards, and operational procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality assessments of SOC operations to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and track process deviations, errors, and observations using tracking tools and spreadsheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to follow up and mitigate identified process deviations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues in SOC operations and prepare summary reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for identified errors and recommend process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide personnel-specific recommendations to enhance operational performance and service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support quality assessment activities across multiple SOC verticals and operational functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align closely with SOC operations teams to ensure rapid detection and prevention of process deviations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a quality assurance touchpoint during critical cyber security incidents to improve service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess investigation reports, including assertions, evidence, findings, and recommended corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Technology, or any Graduate\/Postgraduate discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0-2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or related domains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications such as CSA (Certified SOC Analyst), CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft Azure certifications are an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments will be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of analytics concepts with the ability to generate trends, drill-down analysis, and graphical reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Windows, Azure, and AWS infrastructure is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft security tools such as Defender for Office, Defender for Identity, Sentinel, and related security solutions is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
