The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>ABB<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Payment Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0-1 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at continuously improving financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Payable function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process vendor payments while ensuring accurate tracking, validation, and timely execution of payment activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform accounts payable activities, including vendor payment processing, to support accurate financial reporting and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, analyze, and execute assigned reports while taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support compliance with internal control over financial reporting requirements within the Accounts Payable process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain end-to-end knowledge of payment processes and controls, including CARS-related activities, and provide walkthroughs to auditors when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and process payments in SAP using transaction code F110 while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, format, and share Excel-based reports with business users and stakeholders in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage payment-related email queries and coordinate with business users through calls or meetings to resolve issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in internal control testing activities and prepare the required supporting documentation and audit evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all relevant stakeholders are regularly informed about project progress, issues, and resolutions to maximize customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and verify invoices to ensure compliance with fiscal policies, internal controls, and company procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and coordinate tasks, projects, and process-related activities in support of internal teams and operational objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold organizational core values of safety, integrity, accountability, and collaboration while supporting colleagues and business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh graduates with post-graduation qualifications or candidates with 0\u20131 year of experience from a Commerce background are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SAP, particularly in Accounts Payable and vendor payment processes, would be considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ABB is a technology leader in electrification and automation, enabling a more sustainable and resource-efficient future.
