consistency, and suitability for analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, maintain, and optimize efficient data pipelines for automated data acquisition, processing, and integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement statistical and machine learning models to analyze data patterns, trends, and relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop predictive models to forecast future outcomes and identify potential risks, opportunities, and business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Data Science can deliver business value and strategic impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assistant Vice President Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide strategic guidance and influence decision-making by contributing to policy development and ensuring operational effectiveness across functions and business divisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead teams in executing complex tasks by leveraging strong professional expertise to deliver outcomes that impact broader business functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set clear objectives, mentor and coach team members, evaluate performance against goals, and support reward and development decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors by fostering an environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, innovation, and high performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured project execution, while identifying opportunities for cross-functional specialization and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide consultation and advisory support on complex issues, assisting People Leaders in resolving escalated challenges effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to mitigate risks and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that strengthen organizational controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of risk management activities and ensure the implementation and enhancement of effective control mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform work requiring strong cross-functional understanding of how different business areas coordinate and contribute to organizational objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business-aligned support functions to stay informed about business activities, priorities, and strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct complex data analysis using information from multiple internal and external sources, including procedures, practices, and industry benchmarks, to solve business problems creatively and effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate complex, sensitive, or high-impact information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels to drive alignment, decision-making, and successful business outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong creative problem-solving and solutioning skills, with the ability to formulate and execute strategies in situations where established playbooks or frameworks may not exist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and effectively participating in both business and technical discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate analytical outcomes back to business teams effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in training and enabling end users on Data Science and Analytics technologies and tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong ability to work with large, complex, and diverse datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, including model design, deployment, optimization, and performance improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognized degree or certification in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with technologies and platforms such as Spark, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and interface with Business and CCO teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
