The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>FedEx<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Full Stack Developer I<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into capabilities and business features, define solution designs, iterate with domain and solution architects, and guide application architects in program-level decomposition and architecture design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance code and microservices-based solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed code and software solutions through best practices and standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce adherence to established development practices and guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks, while providing regular status updates and escalating critical issues to executive leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own and manage software demonstration content, ensuring successful validation and acceptance of deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving across large, cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to both onsite and offshore vendor teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a backup for the Development Lead, ensuring continuity in leadership and delivery in their absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor, train, and support junior developers, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Electrical\/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevant experience in both front-end and back-end application design and development, aligned with the following levels:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Associate: No prior experience required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard I: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standard II: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Senior I: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Senior II: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply effective problem-solving skills to address technical and business challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate sound numerical and quantitative skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FedEx connects people and possibilities through our worldwide portfolio of shipping, transportation, e-commerce and business services.
