The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Amdocs&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical &amp; Business Operations Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune,\u00a0India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform ticket analysis and triage issues by identifying service interruptions, categorizing incidents, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure completeness of ticket information by validating required details (such as error screenshots and customer IDs) and applying standard procedures to resolve known or recurring issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage existing knowledge bases and documentation to deliver quick wins and provide effective first-level resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ticket queues efficiently by assigning tasks to appropriate teams, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive timely resolution or escalation of issues within agreed SLAs while delivering a positive customer support experience through clear communication and professional interaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update quality assurance checklists to support progress tracking and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure seamless shift handovers by documenting updates and monitoring SLA performance while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain clear and accurate communication and documentation while acting as a primary point of contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform validation, verification, and correction of system artifacts (such as reports, bills, event records, and screens) and document any identified errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute basic software system operations including screen-based activities, job execution, configuration, installation, and system backups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle application fallouts and billing operations by processing manual billing requests, journalizing entries, managing payments, and performing miscellaneous custom activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate experience in writing software code using at least one programming language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and development principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in Production Support and\/or Application Support environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing.
