The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Emerson<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Application Engineer I<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Understand project guidelines and prepare quotations that meet all customer requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review project specifications and contribute to the development of project guideline documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and document LBP\/customer-specific requirements and guidelines for quotation preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare technical and commercial quotations, including technical deviation lists, reports, and relevant drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with LBPs and Sales offices to clarify requirements and ensure accurate understanding of project needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support in handling customer-driven project revisions and updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Sales offices after purchase order (PO) issuance by preparing transactions for order entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support to OE\/factory teams for clarifications and assist in managing change orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a degree in an engineering discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess hands-on knowledge and experience in control valve sizing and selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop portfolios to demonstrate competency as part of structured continuing engineering education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have awareness of internal and industry standards relevant to the role (preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate innovative thinking with a proactive, can-do attitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show a strong willingness to work in an inclusive environment and collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively support bid activities by ensuring customer specifications are clearly understood and by proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and position solutions for various applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show readiness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in handling large projects and working within in-house engineering environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Emerson is a leading global technology, software, and engineering company providing innovative solutions for customers in industrial and commercial markets.
