Data Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and maintain robust automation solutions using dynamic arrays, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced Excel formulas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop production-grade VBA solutions with structured modular architecture, including proper error handling and logging mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows (approval-based, scheduled, and instant) as well as Power Automate Desktop flows (attended and unattended RPA), ensuring strong exception handling and retry mechanisms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate solutions with core Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Excel Online, and Forms, along with enterprise systems like SQL, ServiceNow, and SAP using standard and custom connectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement AI capabilities, including AI Builder and Copilot actions, while ensuring governance, compliance, and ethical use of AI technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), estimate business benefits (e.g., hours or FTE savings), and prioritize automation opportunities in the backlog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and maintain operational metrics and dashboards, while proactively monitoring performance and resolving system failures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote reusability and code quality through peer reviews, version control, and adherence to standardized development practices, along with providing user training and hypercare support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support governance frameworks, including Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert ambiguous business requirements into well-structured and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate learning agility and curiosity by adopting new tools and technologies aligned with evolving business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Power BI &amp; Data Analysis:<\/strong> Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Power BI and data analysis, including hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, dynamic arrays, advanced Excel formulas, and VBA development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation Skills:<\/strong> Possess strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Power Automate cloud flows; exposure to Power Automate for Desktop (RPA) is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management:<\/strong> Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, document processes, and effectively train end users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AI Agentic Capabilities:<\/strong> Have experience in AI-driven automation and agentic workflows, including orchestrating autonomous agents for intelligent decision-making, process optimization, and task execution across enterprise systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MIS &amp;
