Sourcing &amp; Procurement Specialist<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create RFQ packages for manufacturing parts across multiple commodities based on project requirements and timelines by gathering relevant inputs such as approved vendor lists, drawings, specifications, and checklists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and manage eRFX events using tools such as Ariba, including conducting reverse auctions when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute RFQ packages to suppliers across regional and global markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address supplier queries by coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide timely clarifications and resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review supplier responses for completeness, identify deviations, and resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform preliminary bid analysis and prepare quote comparison reports for stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend sourcing strategies and support effective price negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Award contracts and communicate decisions to suppliers and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update procurement systems to facilitate purchase order (PO) creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal customers to understand requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization, improved commercial terms, and enhanced sourcing strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor overall spend and implement cost-saving initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage organizational purchasing power through specification rationalization and volume consolidation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate and formalize agreements into standard contracts and frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure delivery of goods and services in line with contractual agreements, SLAs, and KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track performance metrics such as savings targets, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and sourcing opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead source selection and procurement review boards, negotiate contract terms, and execute binding agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer contracts, manage amendments, and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and engage strategic suppliers for new business opportunities and conduct bidder conferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate experience in procuring turbine components and power plant equipment, including piping systems, control compartments, HVAC, ducts, structures, firefighting systems, and related components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess experience in the EPC industry, which is considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a university degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong knowledge of the global supplier base for valves, instruments, and industrial raw materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a basic understanding of end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes within a manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong proficiency in English;
