The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Ericsson<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Application Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Noida, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of coordinating, managing, and executing both proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require advanced support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for impact analysis during the introduction of system or process changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate, debug, and reproduce technical issues, implement fixes or workarounds, and validate changes to ensure the continued stability and operability of the software solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to achieving and maintaining customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage incident calls and bridge discussions for ongoing issues, ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders regarding progress, analysis, and resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in shift rotations to effectively support operational requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a degree in Software Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux\/Unix systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess scripting skills in technologies such as Shell, Python, or Ansible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have working knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Elasticsearch (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be capable of performing standard configuration changes and executing regular application upgrades using SOP\/MOP procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess experience with Oracle databases (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have prior exposure to Mobile Commerce, online banking, or IT systems within the financial services sector (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL processes (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a background or understanding of service operations, including problem, event, and incident management, as well as service transition processes such as change and knowledge management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit fluency in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong active listening abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with and through others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At Ericsson, you\u00b4ll have an outstanding opportunity.
