The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Revolut <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Credit Analyst (Business Underwriter)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Underwrite SME financing applications for FX products and trading facilities by analyzing financial statements, open banking transactions, business models, and relevant data sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate and balance the risk and reward for each application to support sound credit decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make decisions on FX trading limits and facilities within delegated authority, or present cases to the credit committee for review and approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the enhancement of risk underwriting policies for FX exposures and contribute to the development of key risk indicators (KRIs) for credit applications and counterparty exposure monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to credit underwriting KPIs, including service level agreements, approval and decline rates, and limit utilization metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify operational inefficiencies and drive the implementation of process improvements across onboarding, limit management, and margining activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize risk mitigation strategies while minimizing client friction to deliver a positive customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct continuous monitoring and validation of credit decisions and FX exposure outcomes, including mark-to-market movements and MIS reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead initiatives to address both preventive and reactive measures in response to micro and macroeconomic factors impacting portfolio credit performance and profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance and maintain strong ratings for first-line credit risk functions by meeting the expectations of second-line, third-line, and regulatory stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate strong expertise in credit risk analysis, particularly for FX or treasury-related products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or Management from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks, with the ability to effectively operate within second- and third-line risk management structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have working knowledge of fraud risk management controls and their application in business credit underwriting, FX onboarding, and trading limit approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit experience in improving existing or launching new credit products, FX risk features, or trading solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a proven track record of delivering high-quality results that consistently exceed expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to document application assessments and associated exposure risks in a clear, concise, and structured manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to process complex information and make well-informed decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Have knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show a keen interest in learning and adopting new technologies to support business scalability and innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field, which is considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are building the world\u2019s first truly global financial super app. In 2015, Revolut launched in the UK offering money transfer and exchange.
