Manage and guide the Nesting team of Customer Service and Payment Support specialists to achieve performance goals and ensure readiness for transition to Operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality Monitoring:<\/strong> Evaluate and audit calls and cases handled by team members to assess the quality health of the team. Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans to drive performance enhancement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refresher Trainings and Process Knowledge Tests:<\/strong> Conduct regular refresher training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in line with process updates.
