The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deloitte<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Analyst \/Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>MBA\/ PGDM\/ B.Com\/ BBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0-2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop an understanding of standard process deliverables, perform self-reviews and quality checks, and actively participate in training programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support engagement finance and operational activities, including time and expense management, billing, accounts receivable, reporting, and reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in financial analysis and reporting, project accounting, and engagement support activities such as budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and contract-related tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support activities related to compliance, procurement, contractual obligations, and security requirements, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and collaborate effectively with service offerings within and outside the Shared Services Center (SSC), leveraging standard tools and procedures to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to standardization and automation initiatives, as well as data analysis and insight generation efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seek and incorporate constructive feedback while proactively taking on new initiatives to positively impact the practice and team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Master\u2019s degree (MBA\/PGDM) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 0\u20131 year of experience, preferably from the 2025 graduating batch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree (B.Com\/BBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 0\u20132 years of experience, preferably from the 2024\u20132025 graduating batches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a minimum of 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) across all academic qualifications, including MBA\/PGDM\/B.Com\/BBA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have no active backlogs or arrears at the time of application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess internship, project, or work experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or related domains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate working knowledge of financial accounting concepts, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, along with an understanding of professional services metrics and KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with clear written and verbal communication abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display resilience, a positive attitude, and an innovative mindset with a focus on exploring possibilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, data analytics, or AI tools is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deloitte is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals from independent firms around the world work together to provide audit and assurance, consulting, risk and financial advisory, risk management, tax, and related services to select clients.
