The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>NTT DATA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst &#8211; Business Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Draft the scope for the Data and Analytics workstream by understanding end-user requirements and defining relevant KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), data mapping specifications, and refined Product Backlog Items (PBIs) with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria for data modelers and data engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze delegated authority data sources through data profiling, exploratory queries, and quality validation to support medallion layer transformations within the data and analytics platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all quality criteria are defined and met for each requirement, evaluating them based on importance and stability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform thorough analysis of existing delegated authority reports and extracts by understanding data sources, transformations, and business logic for reuse, while identifying opportunities for new requirements and data specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, data modelers, and data architects to ensure mapping logic aligns with analytics, regulatory, and data governance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required&nbsp;Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate experience as a Business, System, or Data Analyst in delivering data projects within Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) and Specialty Insurance domains, with exposure to Lloyd\u2019s\/London Market and Syndicate data structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess domain knowledge of Delegated Authority, with experience in VIPR integration considered an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have proficiency in Databricks Medallion Architecture, along with a solid understanding of logical and physical data modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate proven ability to gather and document requirements, and produce detailed data mapping and transformation specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a strong understanding of MGA and Lloyd\u2019s Market operating models, including their unique challenges and requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a good understanding of GDPR, Solvency II, and Lloyd\u2019s regulatory and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess functional knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory and Databricks, which is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services including cloud, data and applications.
