The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Flipkart<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst\/ Intern\/Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/ MBA\/ CA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022<\/strong>\/&nbsp;<strong>2023\/ 2024<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers &amp; Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support business decisions by &#8211; formulating hypothesis, structuring the problem, analyze relevant data to verify hypothesis and prepare documentation to communicate the results with insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor key business, product and tech metrics such as&nbsp; Airline mix , Segment\/ Booking Volumes, Net Revenue, Revenue per Segment ( RPS ), Marketing\/ Discounts per Segment across various parameters &amp; take\/recommend corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor trends in consumer behavior of VAS( Insurance, Seat, meal baggage )&nbsp;across stages of the product funnel, prepare and document analysis and insights.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own the offers creation, monitoring and merchandising along with competition insights end-to-end and back the end-results with data backed analyses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create various dashboards, alerts and datasets to visualize, and drive actionable insights quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors in Engineering, Computer science, Math, Statistics or related disciplines or an MBA in the relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in Data Analytics, Business analysis preferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Result oriented and ownership-driven, can own a process end to end with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with different functional teams and levels to lead the achievement of the objective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Business Analysis, Data, Advanced MS Excel, SQL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in relevant role, prior online and travel experience preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills, high level of comfort with numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-starter with excellent communication, data presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Flipkart is India\u2019s largest e-commerce marketplace with a registered customer base of over 150 million.
