The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Swiss Re<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst I<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design and build robust data pipelines in Palantir Foundry, working with large datasets and Foundry Ontology models to ensure scalable and reliable data processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop data transformation logic using PySpark and other Apache-based technologies to enrich, align, and transform raw data from multiple source systems into optimized and structured data models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead end-to-end data initiatives, including data ingestion, transformation, solution development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive industrialization by developing enterprise-grade data pipelines and AI applications, while establishing best practices for AI governance, responsible AI usage, and scalable data solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and enhance existing reporting platforms, particularly Microsoft Power BI, by updating datasets, resolving DAX-related issues, and modifying visualizations based on stakeholder requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new reporting tools and dashboards to effectively visualize financial and operational data, enabling clear insights and improved decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate manual processes by designing innovative data workflows, transformation logic, and reusable queries to improve efficiency and reduce operational effort.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of reporting issues with a solution-oriented mindset by analyzing root causes, identifying gaps, and implementing effective resolutions to improve reporting reliability and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Python, with practical experience in building solutions using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel), Microsoft Power Query, or Microsoft Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess working knowledge of DAX, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn how to design and manage business metrics and KPIs using DAX logic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show the ability to work with large and complex datasets, applying effective techniques to clean, structure, and align data so it can be reliably used by business stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business users, explain analytical logic clearly, and translate technical work into understandable insights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in writing user-defined functions (UDFs) in Apache Spark using PySpark to develop reusable and efficient transformation logic across multiple data pipelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow systematic coding practices, including structuring code into logical steps, adding clear documentation or comments, and properly handling edge cases to maintain clean and maintainable code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with version control systems such as Git, with the ability to manage code updates, track changes, and revert modifications when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of performance optimization techniques, such as reducing pipeline runtime, minimizing complex joins, and improving the loading performance of dashboards and visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience with Palantir Foundry or working with financial data environments will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working on projects that involve integrating data from multiple source systems and transforming them into meaningful insights or business solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swiss Re Group is a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer.
