The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Zoom<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst, People Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>India (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust data infrastructure to support analytics initiatives for the People Experience (PX) organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Architect and implement scalable ETL pipelines to efficiently process and integrate data from multiple HR systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across various people data sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transform raw workforce data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the People Analytics and IT teams to deliver scalable data solutions that enhance organizational insights and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, processing, and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess at least 2+ years of hands-on experience using Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and pipeline management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate expertise in AWS data services and cloud-based data infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working with Workday or similar HR systems, which is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, which is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoomies help people stay connected so they can get more done together.
