The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>GE HealthCare<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Graduate Engineer Trainee<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bengaluru, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Drive continuous improvements in product quality by addressing customer rejections and improving internal yield performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the quality of output from the manufacturing line by tracking, analyzing, and resolving quality issues arising in production or from customer returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams to address supplier-related defects and coordinate with suppliers on RMA\/RTV processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis for part quality issues and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with Validation and Verification (V&amp;V) requirements during product and process evaluations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to quality management systems and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in all operational activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective and preventive actions as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage equipment calibration activities, including coordination with calibration agencies and ensuring timely completion of periodic calibrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), release them for implementation, and provide training to production line operators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and maintain incoming acceptance plans for parts and materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with customers to address quality concerns and drive product quality improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in Lean initiatives and implement Kaizen practices to improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to line breakdowns and drive timely fixes to minimize production downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with equipment manufacturers to establish preventive controls and maintenance procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and develop teams effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to identify and implement best practices while working in environments with a high level of ambiguity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GE HealthCare is a leading worldwide innovator in medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions.
