The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>IBM<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Developer <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>2018\/ 2019\/ 2020\/ 2021\/ 2022\/ 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>0 \u2013 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Implement new features of specific components of Db2 databases on the z\/OS platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver fixes to customer report problems following APAR process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create unit tests and functional level test cases to make sure the code changes meet the business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate test cases and add them to regression test buckets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage defects backlog and APAR backlog effectively to meet the target dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including build and infrastructure team, system test team and performance test team to ensure high quality delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide documentation and training to the organization as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of database concepts and principles, Data Structure &amp; Algorithm (e.g. Sorting\/Searching using trees and hash tables).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Low-level programming using C\/C++ and\/or Assembler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as JCL and REXX.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with IBM mainframe technology will be plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with PLX will be plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IBM, we do more than work.
