transportation activities from vendors to retail stores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the execution of transportation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor shipment movement through effective and continuous track-and-trace processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the execution and monitoring of the complete order fulfillment process, from order confirmation to shipment for home delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate distribution center appointments and manage yard scheduling activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage ship-to-home operations and ensure compliance with club store delivery requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle shipment exceptions, EDI communications, and issue resolution within the Transport Management System (TMS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Route Optimization:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze transportation routes and delivery schedules to identify opportunities for optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to streamline routes, reduce transit time, and minimize transportation costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carrier Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers and logistics service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the preparation of RFPs and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentation and Recordkeeping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely completion of transportation documentation, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate detention charges, accessorial fees, and other transportation-related discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organized records for auditing, reporting, and compliance purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth coordination of transportation Chargeback Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage vendor onboarding processes related to logistics and chargeback procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administer distribution center-only chargeback triggers, including both manual and automated triggers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply invoice deductions based on vendor invoicing notes and chargeback policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive and review vendor disputes related to chargebacks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and resolve disputes escalated by the finance team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and share bi-weekly chargeback reports with relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct vendor performance reviews to improve compliance and service quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in transportation operations, particularly in distribution center-to-retail store logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in the USA or North American retail logistics environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of
