The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Flex<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Financial Analyst &#8211; CAS<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>B.Com\/ BBA\/ M.Com\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0 &#8211; 2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all cost accounting activities as defined by organizational guidelines and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand corporate policies and monitor key cost accounting metrics to ensure compliance and performance tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement time-saving and cost-reduction initiatives through pocket kaizens and continuous process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the operations team to track and analyze reasons for metric non-conformances through regular follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post month-end journal entries related to accruals and reclassifications in the ERP system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with the latest processes and document them in the Document Management System (DMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn the cost accounting function and serve as a backup for the Cost Accountant when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical abilities and the ability to work effectively as a team player.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show willingness to learn and effectively apply acquired skills in day-to-day processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) degree with 0\u20132 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good knowledge of MS Office and a sound understanding of accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand and interpret accounting policies accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The company does not charge any fees for applications, interviews, or offer-related processes.
