The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Yes Bank<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Assistant CS<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Mumbai<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and all applicable statutory rules and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the preparation, review, and timely filing of ROC forms and related statutory submissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and regularly update statutory registers, including registers of Members, Directors, and other required corporate records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of statutory filings and compliance obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform preliminary compliance checks, verify documentation, and prepare compliance notes for review by senior Company Secretaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implementing and monitoring corporate governance frameworks and compliance processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the preparation, review, and updating of company policies, including whistleblower policy, insider trading policy, and code of conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to applicable Secretarial Standards and internal governance policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organized repositories of corporate policies, approvals, and governance-related documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in drafting board resolutions, meeting notices, minutes of meetings (MOM), and other legal and secretarial documents under supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain digital and physical compliance records, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and audit readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support contract vetting activities by verifying corporate approvals and related compliance documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in maintaining safe custody of company seals, share certificates, and other statutory records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Tax, and other internal teams to obtain required compliance inputs and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in addressing queries raised by statutory, secretarial, and internal auditors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain compliance trackers to monitor filing status, meeting action items, approvals, and overall compliance progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>YES BANK is a leading Indian private sector bank committed to transforming the financial landscape of India.
