Power BI<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurugram, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets to track historical data, and manage email and call queues efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive service-level performance by adjusting staffing levels based on real-time attendance and call volume trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor volume flows and agent adherence in real time using client-provided workforce management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and allocate work based on inventory levels, workload priorities, and operational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure agents meet assigned work targets and proactively communicate challenges, risks, or operational issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process unplanned schedule changes, including call-outs, training sessions, and other non-productive activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the potential impact of schedule changes and implement necessary adjustments to minimize service-level disruption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify root causes of agent activity deviations from scheduled plans and collaborate with supervisors to meet or exceed adherence goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and deliver daily reports analyzing drivers of service-level misses and performance gaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce daily agent- and process-level reports, including absenteeism, productivity, incoming versus closed volumes, and call handling metrics such as answered and abandoned calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and communicate system or tool-related issues that may impact service levels or operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate opportunities for intraday scheduling adjustments, including reducing offline activities during high demand or adding offline activities during periods of excess capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review supervisor requests for intraday schedule changes and approve or decline them based on business needs and operational priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support operations that require working in a 24\/7 environment with rotating shifts, including regular review of online content that may be sensitive or disturbing in nature, in accordance with company policies and well-being guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant work experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns and translate data insights into informed business decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced reporting functions, along with working knowledge of PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to provide operational coverage during business hours, with flexibility for after-hours support when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of VBA scripting and a solid understanding of databases and query concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as MS Access, Power BI, SQL databases, Access automation, or data science-related tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.&nbsp;Genpact is committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion, respect and integrity, customer focus, and innovation.
