India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and evaluate collection strategies to optimize the recovery of outstanding receivables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate, analyze, and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports to prioritize customer accounts based on defined collection strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and distribute statements of accounts, collection notices, and dunning letters to customers via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact customers through phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments in line with established collection procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate delinquent accounts within customer organizations and internally, as per the approved collection escalation framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and coordinate necessary actions, including legal measures, to expedite account resolution when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather relevant information and prepare supporting documentation for settlement and negotiation cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and approve installment plans and settlement agreements within authorized limits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track customer payment commitments related to settlements and ensure timely follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalate unresolved accounts and drive appropriate resolution actions, including legal escalation where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare detailed documentation and reports for governance meetings in collaboration with Key Account Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage bad debt write-offs, including forecasting, approval processes, and financial reconciliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate refund requests for customer credit balances upon receipt of valid requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare refund reports and reconcile refund requests with payments received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review daily unidentified remittance reports and support timely payment identification and clearing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform periodic and ad-hoc customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond promptly to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries related to account reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with resolution owners to ensure timely closure of disputed items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research, analyze, and resolve customer disputes by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support for escalated dispute cases and communicate resolution outcomes to customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage customer deductions by collecting supporting documentation, reviewing claims, and validating eligibility and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide ongoing mentorship to support professional growth and development within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate proactive leadership by championing continuous improvement and best practices within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive experience in collections management, dispute resolution, and cash application processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience participating in governance meetings and managing relationships with Key Account Managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous process improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to collections and dispute resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of collections strategies, best practices, and their integration within SAP systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience managing complex collections cases and dispute resolution
