Hyderabad, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with business stakeholders to understand and drive BI and data analytics requirements that support business transformation and operational excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, supply chain, finance, data center operations, cloud infrastructure, hardware, and networking teams, to ensure alignment with shared business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the end-to-end lifecycle, from intake to delivery, to identify opportunities for process, tool, and system improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving data and analytics maturity across the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights that inform key financial, operational, and strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplify, rationalize, and automate domain-specific data assets to enable proactive and predictive analytics capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business\/financial analysis; <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business\/financial analysis; <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable skills and expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and\/or government security screening requirements applicable to the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in supply chain, product\/technology, business administration, or engineering, with a strong preference for a Master\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in demand forecasting and planning-related analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8+ years of experience in supply chain data, business intelligence, or analytics roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in data and business intelligence tools and platforms, such as Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, SQL, and big data technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and trends, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that are easy to understand, actionable, and capable of driving informed decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven expertise in building data visualizations and dashboards for practitioner use, leveraging large-scale data handling capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver consistent outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong focus on ensuring capacity availability at optimal cost while minimizing operational risks, surprises, and churn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across executive, business, and technical audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience leading cross-functional meetings as well as establishing strong one-on-one working relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional collaboration and partnering skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, negotiate effectively, and drive aligned solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every company has a mission.
