The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>ADP<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Associate Software Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Chennai<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop application components and modules in accordance with defined functional and system requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, architecture teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, architectural alignment, and high product quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain clear and consistent code documentation throughout the development lifecycle and prepare detailed development estimates based on approved design documents and specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables to the project manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate change requests by performing impact analysis, preparing effort estimates, and communicating findings to the project manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, procedures, and best practices within the development team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a mandatory Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a minimum of two years of overall software development experience in a product-based organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have at least two years of hands-on experience working in a product development environment using Microsoft .NET technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, or WCF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit a solid understanding of Scrum and Agile development methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience using source control management tools such as Git, VSS, or similar systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess technical knowledge of at least one major relational database management system, preferably SQL Server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be familiar with test automation, performance testing, build automation, and continuous integration tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Have experience using design and documentation tools such as Visio or similar software tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical abilities and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working in distributed teams and dynamic, fast-paced work environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Designing better ways to work through cutting-edge products, premium services and exceptional&nbsp;experiences that enable people to reach their full potential.
