concepts by solving real-world business problems through case studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in two structured rotations within the Technology organization over the duration of the program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain a comprehensive understanding of Invesco\u2019s end-to-end business model and growth strategy, including product development, investments, sales, operations, and corporate services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies to support assigned projects and tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, where applicable, to enhance process efficiency and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, with certifications considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute effectively to team objectives and achieve individual goals assigned during each rotation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participate in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in regular progress check-ins with the Rotation Manager and Program Lead to review performance and development goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain long-term working relationships through clear, professional, and effective communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global locations to support program and business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hold or be pursuing a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have no active academic backlogs at the time of application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA\/CQPI consistently across 10th grade, 12th grade, and all academic qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate a strong passion for working with cutting-edge technologies and building or supporting business applications, supported by strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage deliverables effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote innovation and continuous improvement by thinking proactively, making fact-based decisions, and demonstrating performance-driven
