Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a liaison between business needs and technology solutions to ensure effective problem resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze, translate, and resolve business problems through the application of appropriate technology solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and apply best-practice methodologies to gather business requirements and define solutions addressing business, process, information, and system improvements or changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver business projects in alignment with sponsor expectations and enterprise architecture standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively design, develop, and deploy enhanced services and platforms, covering all functional aspects from service or product definition through build and deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and document operational gaps, including the creation of user guides, templates, test cases, and supporting user training materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the resolution of service-related issues and incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to established development, support, and governance processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate risks, issues, or delivery constraints in a timely manner, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership of assigned project deliverables and ensure completion with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional related duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management certification is desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA) is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active IIBA membership is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant technology certifications, such as ITIL, are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong and proven understanding of business practices and operational processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A collaborative team player with a strong client service orientation and well-developed administrative and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in analyzing specific systems, processes, and technologies relevant to the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies and supporting technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and operational deliverables aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent documentation skills, including functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, process and procedure documentation, and presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise service management and business systems such as ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP, and EMS is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and the use of ITIL tools within a service integration environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within a technology services environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience as a system administrator or software developer is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience across all operational aspects of a services-based organization, preferably within a systems integrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in business requirements gathering, use case development, process mapping, and the implementation of new
