The complete information, eligibility criteria and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gainwell Technologies<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst (SQL, Python and Power BI)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore; Chennai, India (Remote)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain access methods, validation checks, data organization, documentation, and statistical techniques to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review requirements and related documentation in accordance with defined standards, using prescribed tools and methodologies to ensure design and implementation align with company guidelines and specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor adherence to standards and procedures across projects and recommend revisions as needed to keep guidelines current, consistent, and aligned with evolving business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting solutions; prior experience in the finance domain is considered an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide work direction, mentoring, and guidance to junior or less experienced team members to ensure deliverables meet defined specifications and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with statistical software and configuring analytical or reporting products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and relational database management systems (RDBMS) for general software development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical professional with a minimum of four years of experience in developing analytical scorecards and dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in building dashboards and working with analytical and data visualization tools such as Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and related data-handling technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of ML\/AI models, which will be considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For 50 years, our nation\u2019s federal Medicaid program has worked to improve the health, safety and well-being of America\u2019s most vulnerable populations: low-income families, women and children, seniors, and those with disabilities.
