The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Revolut <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Business Analyst (Finance)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master&#8217;s\u00a0Degree\/ ACA, ACCA, or CIMA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remote<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes or systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify root causes of issues and escalate risks and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with stakeholders and team members across multiple locations and time zones to ensure effective collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a key link between Finance and Product teams to deliver solutions that support business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the integration of new business initiatives by translating business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers to build finance applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document the end-to-end delivery process of new applications and features into playbooks to maximise repeatability and scalability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with product teams to enable effective partnership and delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You should have extensive experience in project change and business analysis, with exposure to both tactical and strategic solutions preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or part-qualified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should have strong data analysis skills, with the ability to write queries for data analysis, data interrogation, and report design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should have a detailed understanding of banking IT systems, including trade and transaction processing workflows from trade or transaction booking through to general ledger (GL) entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should be able to work independently with minimal need for guidance or supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred  Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>It is desirable to have intermediate proficiency in SQL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are building the world\u2019s first truly global financial super app. In 2015, Revolut launched in the UK offering money transfer and exchange.
