The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualcomm<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Finance Analyst<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/ ICWA \/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform month-end transactional and analytical activities, including reporting and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support stakeholders in Wuxi, Munich, and Singapore with budgeting and forecasting processes, outlook preparation, and monthly operating expense reporting and variance analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities while maintaining full ownership and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive automation initiatives within finance processes using AI and other automation solutions to improve efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with global regional teams through regular interactions, review discussions, transition calls, and preparation of process documentation (SOPs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work morning shifts approximately 2\u20135 days per month to support stakeholders in the Singapore and Wuxi time zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional ad-hoc finance activities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce, preferably with knowledge or experience in the manufacturing segment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ICWA (Cost Accountant) or MBA qualifications are desirable, especially with manufacturing-related experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in Finance and FP&amp;A activities; experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate excellent advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Macros (VBA); knowledge of Tableau is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be willing to work a morning shift (starting at 5 AM) for approximately 2\u20135 days per month during month-end close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a basic understanding of AI and its potential applications within the Finance domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a strong team player capable of collaborating to drive process efficiency through AI and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess an understanding of Finance ERP tools; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are engineers, scientists and business strategists.
