The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>American Express<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Analyst &#8211; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers (0-2 Years)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform data analytics to support multiple workstreams within Financial Crime Risk (FCR) in a dynamic regulatory environment using SQL and Python.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify data and process gaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement remediation measures, and manage issues across Amex systems to mitigate potential risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the KYC\/KYB health of Cardmember and Legal Entity portfolios by designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk management and improve customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and PMO teams to define AML risk strategies and ensure alignment with the regulatory framework for respective markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0\u20132 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Hive, Python, R, or LUMI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to solve unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong process orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of drive and commitment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing competing priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and technologies independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of credit risk strategies and\/or the payments industry is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At American Express, we know that with the right backing, people and businesses have the power to progress in incredible ways.
