The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Microsoft&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Technical Support Engineering<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Pune, India<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>People Management:<\/strong> Lead a team of product experts to resolve complex customer technical issues by demonstrating strong leadership, driving accountability, and attracting and retaining top talent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Response and Resolution:<\/strong> Manage customer relationships in the area of technical support and serve as an escalation point for support engineers to help remove obstacles and ensure timely issue resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Readiness:<\/strong> Ensure that team members possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product and Process Improvement:<\/strong> Promote understanding of the product feedback cycle within the team, participate in case triage meetings, and identify appropriate resources to implement automation or tooling improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Integration:<\/strong> Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster effective collaboration across teams and departments, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management; <em>or<\/em> at least 5 years of equivalent professional experience in these areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of people management experience (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and\/or government security screening requirements, including successfully passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Microsoft App Services, Azure DevOps Services or Server, Azure Monitoring, or related observability tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with using innovative technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in practical applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective solutions to customer issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of relevant Microsoft Technology Certifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every company has a mission.
