Framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor data quality, records metrics, and compliance with established standards across the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify data and records management risks, gaps, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement a Records Management Program to ensure proper identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and secure disposal of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formulate and execute a Data Governance Strategy that aligns with the bank\u2019s overall data management goals and business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide organization-wide guidance, training, and support on Data and Records Management standards and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assistant Vice President Expectations:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Advise and influence decision-making processes, contribute to policy formulation, and ensure operational efficiency across functions and business divisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead a team performing complex and specialized tasks, utilizing strong professional expertise to deliver impactful outcomes for the business function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set clear objectives, coach team members towards performance excellence, conduct performance appraisals, and experience in Data and Records Governance, including data controls, data lineage, and related methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with data products, cloud platforms, and data warehouse solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of business domains such as Retail or Banking, with experience in regulatory reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience working in a regulated environment with a strong grasp of data and control risk management principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Good understanding of various technologies used in the execution and management of data controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to proactively drive organizational and process change to enhance data governance
