The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>EY<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Power BI &#8211; Advanced Analyst<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree\/ MCA\/ MBA<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Freshers\/ Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Pune<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and structure complex business problems to recommend effective data visualization solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize advanced Power BI functionalities to create analytical and insightful dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical and process requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and manage custom visuals, groups, and advanced data representations in Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure and manage Data Gateways for data refreshing and maintain the Content Pack Library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write complex DAX expressions and advanced measures to support analytical requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data management systems and data flows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power BI, contributing to data standardization and organization for business applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and insights on project-related activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2\u20133 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, up to date with the latest features, product capabilities, and UI design best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u20132 years of practical experience in SQL, with proven ability to write efficient queries and derive meaningful business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and scripts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate for process automation and workflow integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Science, Engineering, MCA, or MBA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the complete Power BI lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of dashboards and reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to other Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire or Tableau is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EY exists to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
