The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Microsoft&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Software Engineer<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Multiple Locations, India<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define user requirements for new features and identify dependencies while contributing to the development of design documents for highly available, globally distributed services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement code for products, services, or features, leveraging reusable components to address complex engineering challenges related to data management, performance, durability, scalability, security, and resiliency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with engineers across Azure to deliver seamless data resiliency integrations and continuously enhance system reliability, cost efficiency, and overall customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor systems, product features, or services for issues such as degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and recommend corrective actions by following established playbooks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated with the latest developments and proactively acquire new knowledge to improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while ensuring consistency in large-scale monitoring and operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with proven experience in programming using languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in object-oriented programming or managed code (e.g., C#, Java, C++, Go, or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of professional software engineering experience in designing, building, and testing services or large-scale systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and\/or government security screening requirements applicable to this role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check is mandatory upon hire or transfer and must be renewed every two years thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least 1 year of engineering experience in coding using languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; OR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with proven programming experience in the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing, building, and testing services or large-scale systems using object-oriented programming or managed code (e.g., C#, Java, C++, Go, or similar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with cloud services or distributed computing environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with REST-based service design and integrations across complex ecosystems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in live-site operations, including incident response and system reliability management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every company has a mission.
