clarity to undefined or large-scale problems, enabling more effective resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the relative costs, benefits, and challenges of potential solutions before implementation to ensure optimal decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and appropriately tailored to the target audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of business research and analysis tasks as needed to support project or program objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and manage business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and establish effective structures to meet operational and strategic goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in change management and implementation management methodologies and approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of business process reengineering principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in a business analysis role on complex, multi-country or regional projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry with specialized functional expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-driven approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in
