The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Swiss Re<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Junior Associate LEDH<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Batch<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Recent Batches<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>1 &#8211; 2 (Years)<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore<\/strong>, <strong>India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perform end-to-end processing of loss and exposure data for companies within assigned portfolios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct in-depth analysis to update and correct existing company details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear backlogs within the respective portfolios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage documents and carry out other administrative tasks within the area of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide analytical insights and deliver high-quality outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively maintain and expand subject matter expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform ad hoc tasks as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply research and development skills to support ongoing initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to automation efforts to enhance efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work within data governance frameworks such as DAMABOK and DCAM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply data quality management practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leverage expertise in data governance, compliance, and data quality frameworks to ensure regulatory alignment and business value (experience in this area will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Management:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support small-scale, low-complexity industry-specific projects as assigned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document industry-specific requirements prior to project kick-off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and liaise with key project stakeholders, including Underwriters and Actuaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle internal data management and reporting activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and deliver project status reports to the LEDH management team and project members on a periodic basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document key project findings and lessons learned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform quality checks (QC) as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 1\u20132 years of experience in similar processes or accounting transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Access (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with insurance and reinsurance concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Generative AI concepts or Python (an added advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personality Profile:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude, capable of working independently and in collaborative projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eager to learn with proactive participation in tasks and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to understand and adhere to established processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programming or data management skills are desirable but not mandatory, with willingness to learn considered important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swiss Re Group is a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer.
