The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Company Name<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>IBM<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Position<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Data Analyst \u2013 Power BI &amp; SQL<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><strong>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Experienced<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Location<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Bangalore, India<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Power BI Development &amp; Visualization:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver timely and actionable insights for business users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate complex data requirements into visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize report performance by applying best practices in data visualization and user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Extraction &amp; Transformation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Build, optimize, and maintain data queries from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other source systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines using MS Azure services, Alteryx, and Informatica to ensure accurate, clean, and normalized datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure efficient data flows, proper data modeling, and compliance with data governance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finance Function Process Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide data preparation, validation, and reporting support for finance-related processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Finance, Costing, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate report generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline data handling and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot data-related issues and recommend solutions to improve data quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated with advancements in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Power BI, and other BI tools to continuously enhance solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Technical and Professional Expertise:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4\u20135 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced expertise in building Power BI dashboards, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Azure data stack (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience with Alteryx for data blending, preparation, and automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working knowledge of Informatica for ETL processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize queries for large and complex datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of data normalization, data governance, and best practices in data management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage and make decisions regarding competing priorities and resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to delegate tasks appropriately to team members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong team player with the capability to lead when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience leading data transformation projects with multiple junior data engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At IBM, we do more than work.
