Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning of category level visibility and Store optimization through data rigor &#8211; special focus on Brand stores and Category pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaison with Brand, Marketing, and Design teams to plan monthly &amp;amp; yearly campaigns and co-owning metrics like CTR, session to list view, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executing campaigns with high precision with minimal customer experience<br>breakages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive key initiatives of process optimization, adoption of new features across stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will play a key role in terms of operations for big sale events like \u2018End of reason sale\u2019, \u2018Big fashion days\u2019 for the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top-notch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with product counterparts in experimentation on the storefront.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the conduit between Category Demand Management, Monetization &amp;amp; Creative\/Design teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>This will involve overseeing the merch ops team so team management experience will be preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharp analytical abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bias for action \u2013 Has sound judgment, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharp Business and creative Acumen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sense of customer centricity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous&nbsp;environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical &amp; numbers acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating forecasts,&nbsp;metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred skills:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Strong display of Myntra values and ethos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of interest in learning new things.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive and self-driven with great sense of ownership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem solving &amp; Prioritization skills with an eye for detail..<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good in negotiation and persuasion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Company:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Myntra is India\u2019s leading e-commerce company committed to making fashion and lifestyle products accessible to everyone.
